Prayer in this petition is for issuance of direction to official respondents to take appropriate legal action against respondent Nos. 5 and 6.
Reply, filed by way of affidavit of DSP, Narnaul, District Mahendergarh, on behalf of respondent No. 1, is on record and as per the same, FIR No. 186 dated 03.08.2019, under Sections 406 and 420 of the IPC has been registered against the accused persons.
In view of the same, no further order is called for in the present petition and the same is disposed of accordingly.
Liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach Illaqua Magistrate for redressal of its grievance, if any.
