Section 317(1)(e) in Karnataka Municipal Corporations Act, 1976

(e)that the land on which the hut is to be constructed or the street or streets on which such land abuts are not adequately drained, levelled or lighted;(f) that the proposed hut would be an encroachment upon Government or corporation land.
