On call, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner either to press this petition or to make a prayer for adjournment. Smt. Neelam Prasad, learned A.C. to Govt. Pleader no.25, who appears on behalf of Respondent /State and learned counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent/Magadh University, Bodh Gaya are present. It was submitted by learned counsel for the University that most of grievances of the petitioner have already been redressed long back, which has been indicated in the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the University.

The writ petition stands dismissed due to non- prosecution.
