(1)Every drawing of prizes in a chitty shall be conducted at the time and place mentioned in the variola and in accordance with the provisions contained therein.(2)If a foreman makes default in complying with the requirements of sub-section (1), he shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three months, or with fine which may extend to one hundred rupees, or with both.
