28. Members, officers and employees to be public servants.
- All officers and employees and the members shall, when acting or purporting to act in pursuance of the provisions of this Act or any rule made thereunder, be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code (XLV of 1860).
