Section 34(1) in Rajasthan Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2002
(1)A child to be be placed under short-term foster care shall be done according to the procedure laid down in clause (1) of sub-rule (10) of Rule 33, and the short-term care period shall not exceed four months.
