493. Prosecution not withdrawing fine, forfeiture or cancellation.
- The imposition of a fine or the forfeiture of deposit or the cancellation of the license under the last preceding rule shall not be held to prevent the prosecution of any person for any offence which may be committed against the provision of the Act of or other law and rules and there under for the time being in force and relating to the Excise Revenue.
