Section 93(1) in Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020
(1)In every plantation, arrangement shall be made by the employer to provide for the safety of a worker in connection with the use, handling, storage and transportation of insecticides, pesticides and chemicals and toxic substances.
