60. Power of State Government to suspend operation of Section 55.
(1)It shall be lawful for the State Government, by notification in the Official Gazette from time to time,-(a)to suspend the operation of Section 55 within any prescribed local area, either generally, or in respect of cultivators or occupants of a particular class or classes, and(b)to cancel any such notification.(2)During the period for which any notification under clause (a) of sub-section (1) is in force within any local area, such orders shall be substituted for the provisions of which the operation is suspended as the Commissioner shall from time to time direct.Protection of certain occupancies for process of courts
