Section 18(1) in The Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University Act, 1989
(1)The Finance Officer shall be appointed by the Executive Council on the recommendations of selection committee constituted under section 55. His qualifications, emoluments and terms and conditions of service shall be such as may be prescribed by the Statutes.
