Section 283 in Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966
283. Superintendent may erect boundary marks.
- The Superintendent may at any time cause to be erected, on any land which is to be, or has been surveyed under this Chapter temporary or permanent boundary marks of such materials and in such number and manner as he may determine to be sufficient for the purpose of the survey:Provided that, no permanent boundary marks shall be erected when the boundary is defined by a permanent building, wall or fence.
