Section 2(3)(o) in Rajasthan Sales Tax/Central Sales Tax Exemption Scheme for Industries, 1998

(o)"Screening Committee" means the State Level Screening Committee (SLSC) and a District Level Screening Committee (DLSC), which shall exercise its powers and discharge its duties in accordance with the provisions of this Scheme.
