Section 18(5) in Jammu and Kashmir Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2014

(5)All facilities and services for juveniles shall be made available and maintained as per the provisions of Jammu and Kashmir Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2013 and the rules framed thereunder.
