Section 34(2) in Coal Mines (Nationalisation) Act, 1973
(2)In particular, and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, such rules may provide for all or any of the following matters, namely:-(a)the manner in which the coal mine shall be managed by a Government company or a Custodian;(b)the manner in which monies in any provident or other fund referred to in section 15 shall be dealt with;(c)the form and manner in which the statement of accounts referred to in section 19 shall be prepared;(d)any other matter which is required to be, or may be, prescribed.
