Section 24 in The Gujarat Diseases of Animals (Control) Act, 1963
24. Disinterring without lawful authority carcass of animal prohibited.
- No person shall without lawful authority disinter or cause to be disinterred the carcass or any part of the carcass of any animal which, at the time of its death was infective or which was destroyed on account of its being infected or suspected to be infective.
