1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the [Tamil Nadu State Agricultural Council Act, 2009.] [This Act has been repealed by the Act No. 31 of 2011, dated 28.9.2011, published in T.N. Government Gazette dated 30.9.2011. Reproduced here for pending reference.](2)It extends to the whole of the State of Tamil Nadu.(3)It shall come into force on such date as the Government may, by notification, appoint.
