Section 58(2) in Himachal Pradesh Waqf Rules, 2016
(2)The authorized officer shall be required to furnish to the Board, securities or sureties for such amount as the Board may specify in that behalf. Solvency of sureties shall be got verified by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate of the area where the official is residing at the beginning of each year.
