Section 10(1) in The Oil Industry Development Board Staff Provident Fund Rules, 2013
(1)When emoluments are drawn from the Oil Industry (Development) Fund, recovery of subscription on account of these emoluments and of the principal and interest of advances shall be made from such emoluments.
