Section 29(1) in Punjab Market Committees Bye-laws
(1)All forms and registers prescribed under the Rules or these Bye-laws to be maintained or executed by the persons licensed shall be serially numbered and properly bounded in books of at least one hundred or multiples thereof.No such form or register shall be valid for use unless first or last page of the same is signed, stamped and dated by the Secretary or any officer authorised by him in this behalf, and each page of such form or register where the stamp of the Committee, is maintained for such purpose.
