1. Mr. Suresh Kumar states that Mr. Chhotaray is concerned for the CIT, Central-2. Mr. Chhotaray is not present in Court.

2. Respondents to file Reply and serve a copy thereof by 15 th July 2023, since there is an affidavit of service which indicates that Petition has been served on or about 8th May 2023.

3. There will be an ad-interim stay in terms of prayer Clauses

(c) & (d) until 7th August 2023. Prayer Clauses (c) & (d), which read as under:-

"(c) that pending the hearing and final disposal of this Petition, this Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the Respondents to furnish a copy of the audit objection dated 18.11.2021, response filed by the Respondents against the Ashvini Kakde 1 of 2 ::: Uploaded on - 05/07/2023 ::: Downloaded on - 06/07/2023 05:31:32 :::

2 11-WPL-12991-2023 audit objection and copy of the approval of prescribed authority under section 151 of the Act for passing of the Impugned Order dated 30 March 2023 (Exhibit "O");

(d) that pending the hearing and final disposal of this Petition, this Hon'ble Court be pleased to, by an interim order and injunction, restrain the Respondents, their subordinate, servants and agents from acting upon or taking any further proceedings in pursuance of and/or in implementation and/or in furtherance of the Impugned Notice dated 30th March 2023 (Exhibit "O") and, Impugned Reassessment Notice dated 30th March 2023 (Exhibit "P);"

4. Stand over to 25th July 2023.
