Section 17(2) in Jodhpur Development Authority Appellate Tribunal Rules, 2017
(2)The Tribunal shall have the same powers as are vested in a civil court the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (Central Act No. V of 1908) in respect of hearing and deciding of review applications.
