.-If the Registrar decides to allow the application he shall alter the mark in the register accordingly and insert in the Journal a notification that the mark has been altered. If the application has not been advertised under rule 99, he shall also advertise in the Journal the trade marks as altered.Re-Classification of Goods in Respect of Existing Registration
