Section 13(ii) in The Orissa Sports Authorities Act, 1994
(ii)approve the proposal for construction of Stadia, Indoor Stadia, Swimming pools, Play Fields and the like in the district and to obtain the administrative and financial sanctions from the Sports Authority;
