(3)When forwarding the Registrar's report to the State Government, the President shall state what vacancies occur by the operation of Subsection (2) of Section 4, and obtain the orders of the State Government, for taking action for tilling up these vacancies in accordance with the provisions of Rules 17 and 18 of these rules.Appointment of members by nomination of the State Government[Clause (d) of Sub-section (1) of Section 4]
