(2)The Government may(a)call for any record or register or other document in possession or under the control of any Panchayat;(b)require any Panchayat to furnish return, plan, estimate, statement, accounts or statistics; and(c)require any Panchayat to furnish any information or report on any matter connected with such Panchayat.
