1. It transpires that in this FIR 566/2017, Police Station Hari Nagar under Sections 25, 26 & 27 of the Pre-Conception & Pre-Natal Diagnostic Techniques (Prohibition of Sex Selection) Act, 1994, ["PC & PNDT Act"], the investigation is complete since the FSL Report in relation to footage which was collected from the clinic of the accused has now been received and a supplementary chargesheet is expected to be filed.
2. Senior Counsel points out that the said footage/DVR was seized in the year 2017 and was earlier received back from the FSL due to lack of wires and connectors required for retrieving the data, and to procure the This is a digitally signed order.
