State Nurses Registration Council & Others Gwalior, dated : 31/7/2021 These petitions have been listed on Board today by the Registry seeking further directions in view of non compliance of orders dated 11/5/2020 whereby petitioners/Institutions were directed to pay a cost of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees one lac only), 50% of which was to be deposited with the Principal Registrar of this Court for being utilized for up-liftment of the Dispensary situated in the High Court Premises and the remaining 50% was directed to be deposited with the Prime Minister's Citizen Assistance and Relief in Emergency Situations Fund (PM Cares Fund), within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of certified copy of that order, failing which the Registry was directed to place these petitions before this Court for further directions.
As per Office report, the aforesaid cost has not been deposited by the petitioners/Institutions with the Registry till date.
In view of the aforesaid, this Court deems it appropriate and, accordingly, directs the concerned District Magistrates to ensure recovery of the costs due as arrears of land revenue, within a further HIGH COURT OF MADHYA PRADESH W.P. No.20845/2019 & (4) connected matters period of three months from today, and transmit the money so collected to the Principal Registrar of this Court, who shall deal with the amount in accordance with the directions contained in orders dated 11/5/2020.
A copy of this order be sent to the concerned District Magistrates for ensuring necessary compliance, as well as, retained in each of the connected petitions.
