(3)Subject to the provisions of sub-section (2) of Section 62, the legal practitioners appointed under sub-section (1) or sub-section (2) may plead or act, without any written authority, on behalf of any [Gram Panchayat] [Substituted 'Gram Sabha' by U.P. Act No. 4 of 2016, dated 11.3.2016.], Gram Panchayat or Bhumi Prabandhak Samiti in any Court or authority for which he is so appointed.
