Section 20(d) in Police Regulations, Calcutta, 1968
(d)A special diary shall be kept under lock and key and when sent by one officer to another, shall be sent in a sealed cover directed to the addressee by name and superscribed 'Special Diary'. A special diary sent to the Court office shall be addressed to the senior Court Officer by name in a sealed cover.
