UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
We are not inclined to entertain the present Special Leave Petitions. However, it is clarified that the observations made in the impugned orders including the review order are upon prima facie consideration and the same would not affect the findings at the stage of the trial. We further set aside the impugned order in so far as the imposition of costs is concerned.
The special leave petitions stand disposed of. Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
