C.M. Appln. No. 373/06 This is a petition to condone the delay of 1878 days in filing the appeal. We do not find any ground to condone the inordinate delay of 1878 days. There is no proper explanation at all. Accordingly, the application for condonation of delay is dismissed. Consequently the appeal is also dismissed.
