Section 23(1) in The Orissa Housing Board Employees' Provident Fund Trust Rules, 1997
(1)The accounts of the Fund shall be made up yearly as on the 31st March and an audited statement of accounts shall be placed before the meeting of the Board of Trustees to be held not later than 15th July every year and a copy of such statement shall be made available to the Board by 31st August every year.
