Section 137(1) in The Goa, Daman and Diu Town and Country Planning Act, 1974
(1)Where a local authority which is a Planning and Development Authority under this Act, is dissolved or superseded under the provisions of the Act by which such local authority is constituted, the person or persons appointed under that Act to exercise the powers and perform the duties of such local authority shall be deemed to be a local authority within the meaning of clause (18) of section 2 of this Act and may exercise all the powers and perform all the duties of a Planning and Development Authority under this Act, during the period or dissolution or superssion of such local authority.
