Section 19 in The Maharashtra Miscellaneous Alienations (in Hyderabad Enclaves) Abolition Act, 1965
19. Appeal against award of Collector.
- Notwithstanding anything in the Bombay Revenue Tribunal Act, 1957, an appeal against an award made by the Collector under this Act shall lie to the Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal constituted under that Act.
