Section 6(1) in Goa Lotteries (Regulation) Rules, 2003
(1)The Government may frame different lottery Schemes which it may like to introduce from time to time. The agent may be involved in drawing up various lottery Schemes suitable to the market in accordance with the provisions of the Act.
