Section 8B(1) in The Customs (Appeals) Rules, 1982
(1)The revision-application in Form CA-8 shall be presented in person, to the Under-Secretary, Revision Applications, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, Central Secretariat, New Delhi-1, or sent by registered post addressed to the said Under-Secretary.
