(1)The Chairperson or the Chief Executive Officer shall be competent to sanction-(a)filing of suit, writ, appeal or cases connected with a waqf matter/ property before the Tribunal/Court or any other authority;(b)defending of suit, writ, appeal or cases connected with a waqf matter/ property before the Tribunal/Court or any other authority.
