Section 26(2) in Islamic University of Science and Technology, Kashmir Act, 2005
(2)The Constituent Colleges referred to under sub-section (1) shall, with effect from such date as may be appointed by the Government by notification in the Government Gazette, cease to be affiliated with the Kashmir University :Provided that the University examinations for all the courses in respect of which the Constituent Colleges are affiliated with the Kashmir University shall continue to be conducted by the said University in the year of issuance of notification and thereafter the examination in the subsequent years shall be conducted by the University.
