Section 9(1) in The Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966
(1)The Regional Board shall meet at such times and places as the Chairman may determine and may, subject to the provisions of sub-sections (2) and (3), make regulations for regulating its procedure and the conduct of its business:Provided that, after the submission of draft Regional plan to the State Government, the Board shall meet only if so directed by the State Government.
