Section 39(1) in Rajasthan Farmers' Participation in Management of Irrigation System Act, 2000
(1)The Farmers' Organisation shall keep their funds in a Nationalized Bank or a Co-operative Bank or a Post Office.Explanation: - Co-operative Bank means a Primary Agricultural Co-operative Society or the District Central Cooperative Bank or the Rajasthan State Co-operative Bank.
