Section 13(1) in The West Bengal Housing Board Act, 1972
(1)The Board shall take over and employ such staff of the State Government in the Housing and other Departments as the State Government may make available and every person so taken over and employed shall be subject to the provisions of this Act and the regulations made thereunder :Provided that during the period of such employment all matters relating to the pay, allowances, leave, retirement, pensions, provident fund and all other terms and conditions of service of the members of the said staff shall be regulated by the West Bengal Service Rules or such other rules on the subject as may from time to time be made by the State Government.
