Section 33(3) in Chhattisagrh Nagarpalika Nirvachan Niyam, 1994
(3)No person, who is for the time being disqualified under the Act from being elected or from voting at any election of a Municipality shall, so long as the dis-qualification subsists, be appointed as an, election agent.
