ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to direct the 3 rd respondent to take further proceedings on the petitioner's application in A.R.No. 3335, UG (AUSH) Course for Government / Government Surrendered Seats in the academic year of 2024-2025, through the sports person special category provisional merit list 2024-2025 in Indian Medicine & Homeopathy.

2. Heard the learned counsels on either sides and carefully perused the materials available on record.
3.The counseling for the admission of UG (AUSH) Course for Government / Government Surrendered Seats in the academic year of 2024-2025 is ongoing. The petitioner has already paid fees towards processing fees for the purpose of admission in the . UG (AUSH) Course for Government / Government Surrendered Seats for the academic year of 2024-2025 and the same is duly acknowledged by the Secretary of the selection committee, Directorate of Indian Medicine & Homeopathy, Chennai, by a receipt dated 26.10.2024.
4.In view of the same, considering the limited scope of the relief sought for by the petitioner, this Court hereby direct the 3rd respondent to take further action on the petitioner's application in A.R.No.3335, UG (AUSH) Course for Government / Government Surrendered Seats for the academic year of 2024-2025 through the sports person special category provisional list 2024-2025 in Indian Medicine & Homeopathy within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
