45. Power of Government to call for information and records.
(1)It shall be the duty of the University or any authority or officer of the University to furnish such information or records relating to the administration or finance and other affairs of the University as the Government may call for.(2)The Government, if it is of the view that there is a violation of the Act or the Statutes or Ordinances made thereunder, may issue such directions to the University under section 49 as it may deem necessary.
