(7)On publication of the notification as provided for in sub-section (3) or (6), as the case may be, the restrictions laid down in sub-section (1) of section 12 shall not apply to lands which are not included in the benefited zone or the affected zone of the project in the villages reified under sub-section (1) of section 11.
