(30)'municipal corporation' or 'municipal council' means a municipal corporation constituted or as deemed to have been constituted under any law relating to municipal corporation for the time being in force, or as the case may be, a municipal council constituted under the [Telangana] [Adapted by G.O.Ms.No.142, MA & UD (F2) Department, dated 29.10.2015.] Municipalities Act, 1965 (Act 6 of 1965);
