(2)exercise general supervision and administrative control over the office staff and field staff of the Mandal Authority and also the physical education teachers of all the Government Degree Colleges, Junior Colleges, High Schools in the Mandal subject to the general supervision and control of the Vice-Chairman and Managing Director of the Sport Authority;
