Section 8(1) in Gender Sensitisation & Sexual Harassment of Women at the Subordinate Courts in the State of Tamil Nadu / the Union Territory of Puducherry (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Regulations, 2013
(1)Any aggrieved woman may make a complaint in writing of sexual harassment at the Subordinate Court precincts to the GSICC through the Member Secretary in accordance with the form and procedure so notified by it;Provided that where the aggrieved woman is unable to make such a complaint in writing due to any reason, the Member of the GSICC or volunteer, as the case may be, shall render all reasonable assistance to the woman for making the complaint in writing.
