Section 134(3) in Mizoram Cooperative Societies Act, 2006
(3)Every co-operative existed immediately before t e commencement of this Act which has been registered under the Mizoram Co-operative Societies Act, 1991 (Act 19 of 1991) or under any other Act relating to co-operatives in force from time to time shall be deemed to be registered under the corresponding provisions of this Act an the byelaws of such co-operative shall, in so far as they are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act or rules framed under this Act continue to be in force until altered or rescinded.
