Section 8(1)(viii) in Kerala Forest (Regulation of Sawmills and Other Wood-based Industrial Units) Rules, 2012

(viii)A sawmill or other wood based industrial unit licence d for a particular category shall not be converted into any other category without obtaining a fresh licence.
